surrounded by blooming fields and breathtaking rural landscapes, awaits an inspiring experience at the Visitors Center of Granada Winery – a family-owned boutique winery specializing in handcrafted pomegranate wines, made with dedication and a deep respect for long-standing tradition.

The visit is free of charge

  • A guided tour of the winery complex, including fascinating explanations about the site’s history and the unique process of producing pomegranate wine.

  • A short lecture on “The Virtues of the Pomegranate in Jewish Tradition and Health” – an engaging blend of culture, science, and nature.

  • Wine tasting of three styles – dry, semi-dry, and dessert – accompanied by hot beverages and warm hospitality.

  • Guided tours by appointment only – discover the story behind every bottle of wine.

Avraham and Ovadia Kashi-The Ones Who Made It All Possible

Granada Winery is a family-owned boutique winery, founded in 2002 in Moshav Gan HaDarom by brothers Avraham and Ovadia Kashi – descendants of a long line of farmers who immigrated from Iraq in 1951 and settled in the fertile lands of southern Israel. Since then, the family has proudly continued a rich agricultural tradition spanning more than seven decades, focusing on the cultivation of citrus fruits, persimmons, and especially Wonderful pomegranates, renowned for their exceptional quality and exquisite flavor.

How to Get Here

We are located in Gan HaDarom, near the Ashdod Junction.

For visitors arriving via Highway 4 (from the north or south), exit at Ashdod North Interchange and follow the signs toward “Be’er Sheva.” Immediately after the interchange, turn toward Gan HaDarom.

The winery is located at Farm 98 – drive into the moshav until you reach the main roundabout,
where you will find us.
