Product Warranty
The product warranty covers material defects in the product itself caused by the company.
The warranty is valid only for customers who possess an original proof of purchase, and only if the purchase was made through the Granada Winery website store. Granada Winery reserves the right to require the customer to prove they are the original purchaser of the product.
The exclusive remedy for any defective product covered under this warranty is limited to the replacement of the defective product. The total liability of the company regarding any defective product shall in no event exceed the purchase price of the defective product.
Granada Winery's warranty shall not apply in cases where the product defect resulted from improper handling, such as storing the wine under inappropriate
conditions.

Granada Winery shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from the use or misuse of the product, including any incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages – to the maximum extent permitted by law. The customer assumes all responsibility, risk, and liability for any loss, damage, or injury to their person and/or property, and/or to the person and/or property of third parties, resulting from the use and/or inability to use the product, except in cases where it is determined that such damage was caused by the company's sole negligence.
