Granada Club – Customer Club Terms and Conditions
Granada Winery – A Tradition of Health, A Taste of Richness
 

1. Definitions

1.1 “The Club” – the customer loyalty program of Granada Winery.
1.2 “Member” – any person who has joined the club in accordance with Section 2.
1.3 “Benefit” – a gift or monthly/annual reward granted to a member according to the criteria set forth in these terms.
1.4 “Member’s Birthday” – the date of birth provided during registration or later updated in the system.
 

2. Membership Criteria

2.1 Membership is open to private individuals aged 18 and over only.
2.2 Membership is not open to companies, associations, or businesses.
2.3 Membership in the club is free of charge; however, Granada Winery reserves the right to change this condition.
2.4 Joining the club is done by completing a form including name, ID number, email address, phone number, and date of birth.
2.5 Members are responsible for updating their personal details in case of any change to maintain eligibility for benefits.
 

3. Member Benefits

3.1 Each member is entitled to one birthday gift per year. When making a purchase of over ₪500 during their birthday month, the member will receive a gift as defined by the winery.
3.2 The benefit is available only to identified members at the time of purchase.
3.3 Benefits are non-transferable, non-saleable, and non-redeemable for cash.
 

4. Changes and Limitations

4.1 The winery may modify or cancel the club program, benefit types, or qualifying amounts with prior notice on the website.
4.2 Members are responsible for keeping their information up to date. The winery shall not be held responsible for missed benefits due to outdated details.
4.3 In cases of misuse, the winery reserves the right to terminate membership without prior notice.
 

5. Termination of Membership

5.1 Members may cancel their membership at any time by submitting a written request to Granada Winery.
5.2 Upon cancellation, all unused benefits will be forfeited.
5.3 The winery may terminate a membership at its discretion if these terms are violated.
 

6. Data Processing and Direct Marketing

6.1 By joining, the member consents to the storage of their information in the winery’s customer database for the purpose of managing the club and providing benefits.
6.2 The member authorizes Granada Winery to contact them via direct marketing — including email, SMS, WhatsApp, or other digital media — for promotions, benefits, and event invitations.
6.3 Members may request removal from mailing lists at any time.
6.4 The winery undertakes not to share members’ personal data with third parties, except as required for operating the club and in accordance with the law.
 

7. General Provisions

7.1 These terms constitute the complete and binding agreement between the winery and the club members.
7.2 In case of any discrepancy between promotional materials and these terms, the terms of this policy shall prevail.
7.3 Exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute shall lie with the competent court in Israel.
